10 Adorable Tooth Fairy Ideas

Right this minute I am an emotional mess.  My little boy is turning into a man.  Okay maybe not quite there but he did reach a new milestone - he lost his first tooth.

I will not cry.  I will not cry.  I will not cry.  Maybe just a little.

I then got into crafty mom mode and tried to find something clever and cute for his first tooth fairy experience and being that we are currently vacationing with our family I didn't want something too in depth. I found ten ideas I really loved.

01. This cute Tooth Fairy Receipt.

I ended up going with this idea.  I saved the receipt image on my computer and then opened it in a photo editing site or software. [I use Pic Monkey.] Then I just used a handwriting font to enter all his information on to the image.

It's perfect!

02.  This tooth pillow tutorial from Buggy and Buddy.

03.  These adorable Tooth Fairy Notes from Handmade Charlotte

04.  Free Tooth Fairy Printables from The Suburban Mom.

05.  This tooth box from UrbanTimberWoodworks on Etsy.

07.  This precious tooth fairy door from She's Making Cards.

08.  Tooth Fairy checks for when you don't have cash on had.

09. The Twirling Tooth Fairy from How Does She?  You leave the tooth in a glass of water.  Then the fairy takes the tooth and turns the water the color of her dress.

10.  Need proof of the tooth fairy?  Why not capture a picture from

Do you have any Tooth Fairy ideas or traditions?  Leave them in the comments below!

  1. The tooth fairy receipt is REALLY cute! I'm a few years away from the tooth fairy visiting my littles but I will pin this for the future!

  2. Such cute ideas! My two year old knocked out 2 teeth and now that I am thinking about it I don't know where I put them! I know I put them away for when he does lose a tooth and understands the tooth fairy. I better go look for those!

  3. So cute! We aren't to this point yet, but I will be pinning for sure!
